Arbor Homes customer service representatives are available 24/7 to address warranted emergency concerns.

Contact Arbor Homes customer service representatives for emergency care:

  • During normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) by calling 503.641.7342, ext. 1.
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays through a pager by calling 503.903.2649.

Emergencies, as defined in the Arbor Homes warranty, include the following events and remedies:

  • A total loss of electricity—contact PGE at 503.228.6322 prior to reporting the circumstances to Arbor Homes or to an electrician.
  • Total loss of water—if from a leak requiring water shutoff, contain the damage as well as possible before calling Arbor Homes. If the water cutoff is due to a loss of service, contact the utility company before reporting the event to Arbor Homes or to a plumber.
  • Gas leak—LEAVE THE HOME IMMEDIATELY and contact NW Natural Gas at 503.226.4210.
  • Major roof leak—contain the damage inside as well as possible and contact Arbor Homes.
